(1) Proof of documents pursuant to ORS chapter 111, 112, 113, 114, 115, 116 or 117 may be made as follows:\n(a) Of a will, by a certified copy of the will.\n(b) That a will has been probated or established in a foreign jurisdiction, by a certified copy of the document entered in the foreign jurisdiction admitting the will to probate or recognizing the validity of the will.\n(c) Of letters testamentary or letters of administration, by a certified copy of the letters. The certification may include a statement that the letters have not been revoked.\n(2) A document filed or entered in a foreign jurisdiction may be proved by a copy of the document, certified by a clerk of the court in which the document was filed or entered or by any other official having legal custody of the original document.
