§ 127.002

For the purposes of ORS 127.005 to 127.045:\n(1) 'Agent' includes an attorney-in-fact.\n(2) 'Financially incapable' has the meaning given that term in ORS 125.005.\n(3) 'Incapacitated' has the meaning given that term in ORS 125.005. [2009 c.46 §1; 2021 c.272 §6; 2023 c.9 §8]
