When the magistrate has held the defendant to answer, the magistrate shall at once forward to the court in which the defendant would be triable:\n(1) The warrant, if any;\n(2) The information;\n(3) The statement of the defendant, if the defendant made one;\n(4) The memoranda mentioned in ORS 135.115 and 135.145;\n(5) The release agreement or security release of the defendant; and\n(6) If applicable, any security taken for the appearance of witnesses.
