If the defendant is in custody, the court shall:\n(1) Direct the officer in whose custody the defendant is to bring the defendant before the court for judgment and the officer shall do so accordingly; or\n(2) Ensure that arrangements for the defendant to appear for judgment by simultaneous electronic transmission as described in ORS 131.045 have been made.
