(1) The State Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision may adopt rules to carry out its responsibilities under the sentencing guidelines system.\n(2) The board shall comply with the rulemaking provisions of ORS chapter 183 in the adoption, amendment or repeal of rules pursuant to ORS 144.125, 144.130, 144.395 and 144.780 to 144.791 or this section.
