(1) The Department of Corrections is authorized to receive, hold and dispose of:\n(a) Contraband and other things subject to seizure under ORS 133.535;\n(b) Things possessed in violation of supervision conditions; or\n(c) Unclaimed goods seized by a parole and probation officer.\n(2) As used in this section and ORS 144.405 to 144.409, 'supervision' means probation, parole, post-prison supervision or any other form of supervised or conditional release.
