As used in ORS 144.410 to 144.525, unless the context requires otherwise:\n(1) 'Director' means the Director of the Department of Corrections.\n(2) 'Department' means the Department of Corrections.\n(3) 'Department of Corrections institutions' has the meaning found in ORS 421.005.
