§ 144.622

For purposes of ORS 144.610 and 144.613 to 144.617, 'parole' includes but is not limited to post-prison supervision, and 'parolee' includes but is not limited to persons on post-prison supervision under rules adopted by the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission.
