After processing the application filed under ORS 147.105 the Department of Justice shall enter an order stating:\n(1) Its findings of fact; and\n(2) Its decision as to whether or not compensation is due under ORS 147.005 to 147.367. [1977 c.376 §14; 1999 c.129 §1; 2012 c.81 §11]
