§ 147.462

In administering the Oregon Domestic and Sexual Violence Services Fund, the Department of Justice shall:\n(1) Expend no less than 15 percent of moneys distributed under the plan developed under ORS 147.456 on sexual assault services; and\n(2) Expend no more than 10 percent of the moneys distributed under the plan on administrative costs.
