(1) An enforcement officer issuing a citation for a Class E violation shall provide the person receiving the citation with information concerning how the person may complete a screening, as specified in ORS 430.389 (2)(e)(A).\n(2) The requirement described in subsection (1) of this section may be satisfied by providing the person with the number for the telephone hotline established under ORS 430.391.
