(1) A person commits the crime of treason if the person levies war against the State of Oregon or adheres to its enemies, giving them aid and comfort.\n(2) No person shall be convicted of treason unless upon the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act or upon confession in open court.\n(3) A person convicted of treason shall be punished by imprisonment for life.
