(1) Hunting in cemeteries is prohibited.\n(2) As used in subsection (1) of this section 'hunting' has the meaning for that term provided in ORS 496.004.\n(3) Violation of subsection (1) of this section is a misdemeanor. [1973 c.468 §2; 1987 c.158 §30]
