As used in this section and ORS 167.388:\n(1) 'Livestock' has the meaning given in ORS 609.125.\n(2) 'Livestock production facility' means:\n(a) Any facility or organization engaged in animal breeding, production or processing; or\n(b) Any facility or institution whose primary purpose is to impound estray animals, as that term is defined in ORS 607.007.
