The Legislative Assembly may by joint resolutions create interim committees to:\n(1) Make studies of and inquiries into any subject of assistance to the Legislative Assembly, or either house thereof, in exercising its legislative authority.\n(2) Report information of assistance to the Legislative Assembly, or either house thereof, in exercising its legislative authority.\n(3) Prepare and submit recommendations, which may include proposed legislative measures, to the Legislative Assembly.
