Persons transferred to a state institution for persons with mental illness or intellectual disabilities under ORS 179.473, 179.478 and 420.505 shall be entitled to the same legal rights as any other persons admitted to those institutions. [1977 c.601 §6; 2007 c.70 §45; 2011 c.658 §34]
