(1) The Superintendent of State Police may establish headquarters and patrol stations at such places as the superintendent considers advisable for the patrol and protection of this state and the enforcement of the laws.\n(2) For purposes of this section, the superintendent may use lands and buildings for the accommodation of members of the state police and their vehicles and equipment.\n(3) The Department of State Police may enter into such lease agreements and take title to such real property as the superintendent considers necessary for the performance of the duties of the department and the Oregon State Police.
