(1) An individual may not be subject to civil arrest without a judicial warrant or judicial order when the individual is in a court facility.\n(2) An individual who, in good faith, is attending a court proceeding in which the individual is a party or potential witness, or family or household member of a party or potential witness, may not be subject to civil arrest while going to, remaining at or returning from the court proceeding, unless the civil arrest is supported by a judicial warrant or judicial order that authorizes the civil arrest.\n(3) Any person may bring a civil action against a law enforcement agency or public body that violates this section to enjoin the violation.
