As used in ORS 182.310 to 182.360:\n(1) 'Commission' means the Employee Suggestion Awards Commission.\n(2) 'Employee suggestion program' means the program developed by the commission under ORS 182.320 (3).\n(3) 'Secretary' means the secretary of the employee suggestion program.
