The Employee Suggestion Awards Commission shall make the final determination as to whether an employee suggestion award will be made. Subject to the rules adopted pursuant to ORS 182.320, the commission shall determine the nature and extent of the award. [1957 c.616 §3; 1993 c.724 §27]
