Suits authorized by ORS 223.610 shall be governed by ORS 88.010 to 88.100 and 93.760 and by all other laws relating to suits in equity insofar as applicable, except as otherwise provided in ORS 223.610 to 223.650. [Amended by 1987 c.586 §48a]
