All moneys received by the Secretary of State under ORS 246.160 shall be deposited into the Secretary of State Miscellaneous Receipts Account established under ORS 279A.290. All moneys received by the Secretary of State under ORS 246.160 and deposited in the account are appropriated continuously to the Secretary of State for the payment of expenses incurred in performing the functions described in ORS 246.160.
