As used in ORS 267.510 to 267.650:\n(1) 'District' means a transportation district established under ORS 267.510 to 267.650.\n(2) 'System' means the equipment, facilities and other property constructed, erected or acquired by the district and to be used in the transport of passengers. [1974 c.9 §1]
