The Oregon Department of Administrative Services may:\n(1) Use moneys in the Oregon Department of Administrative Services Operating Fund to repay loans made from investing funds to acquire buildings under ORS 276.013, 276.015 and 276.110 to 276.137 before July 1, 1969.\n(2) Alter, repair and equip buildings acquired for office buildings under ORS 276.013, 276.015 and 276.110 to 276.137 before July 1, 1969.
