(1) The office building described in section 6, chapter 528, Oregon Laws 1971, shall be exempt from the rent schedules established under ORS 276.385 and 276.390.\n(2) Rents attributable to any state agency, including the Employment Department, occupying space in such office building shall be computed in amounts sufficient to liquidate the sums advanced under section 7, chapter 528, Oregon Laws 1971, by July 1, 2002, with interest thereon.\n(3) Rent collections for such buildings shall be handled as provided in ORS 276.412.
