The Oregon Department of Administrative Services may:\n(1) Provide for the periodic inspection and appraisal of state property;\n(2) Provide for the maintenance of current and perpetual inventories of state property; and\n(3) Require any state agency to make reports of the property in the agency’s custody at such intervals and in such form as the department deems necessary.
