As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise:\n(1) 'Department' means the Oregon Department of Administrative Services.\n(2) 'Director' means the Director of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services.\n(3) 'State agency' or 'agency' has the meaning given such term in ORS 291.002.
