(1) As used in this section:\n(a) 'Financing agreement' has the meaning given that term in ORS 283.085.\n(b) 'State agency' has the meaning given that term in ORS 283.089.\n(2) If authorized by a provision of law other than ORS 283.085 to 283.092, a state agency may enter into a financing agreement with a principal amount of $100,000 or less.\n(3) Notwithstanding any authority in a provision of law other than ORS 283.085 to 283.092, a state agency may not enter into a financing agreement in an amount that exceeds $100,000.
