(1) No later than October 1 of each year, the Oregon Tourism Commission shall submit a report to the Legislative Fiscal Officer that identifies:\n(a) The funds received by the commission during the prior fiscal year pursuant to ORS 320.305;\n(b) The awards and commitments approved by the commission of these funds and of funds received in prior fiscal years; and\n(c) Information requested by the Legislative Fiscal Officer regarding these funds.\n(2) The Legislative Fiscal Officer may request, and upon the request the commission shall supply, additional information with respect to any grants of $2 million or more made by the commission from funds appropriated to the commission under ORS 284.131.
