§ 285b-465

For purposes of ORS 285B.410 to 285B.482, the allowable costs of a project include:\n(1) Financing costs, including capitalized interest;\n(2) Direct project management costs;\n(3) Costs of consultant services and expenses;\n(4) Construction costs and expenses;\n(5) Costs of property acquisition, including any easement or right of way directly related to and necessary for the project;\n(6) Costs of acquiring off-site property for purposes directly related to the project, such as wetland mitigation; and\n(7) Other costs that the Oregon Infrastructure Finance Authority determines to be necessary or useful.
