(1) Following designation of a rural renewable energy development zone, an eligible business firm seeking an exemption under ORS 285C.362 may apply for authorization under ORS 285C.140.\n(2) The firm shall include a written description of the locations, extent and expected real market value of the proposed renewable energy development project.\n(3) The firm shall be authorized if the firm would otherwise be authorized under ORS 285C.140, but the authorization is limited to investments in the renewable energy development project described in the application submitted by the firm.
