All moneys received under ORS 286A.014 and 287A.634 shall be deposited in the Miscellaneous Receipts Account established in the General Fund for the State Treasurer. The State Treasurer may use moneys in the account for payment of expenses of the State Treasurer in connection with bonds of the State of Oregon or a public body as defined in ORS 287A.001.
