(1) The Oregon Municipal Debt Advisory Commission shall meet:\n(a) At the call of the chairperson; or\n(b) At the request of:\n(A) A majority of the members;\n(B) The State Treasurer; or\n(C) The Governor.\n(2) A majority of all members of the advisory commission constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business.\n(3) The office of the State Treasurer shall provide the commission with administrative and clerical assistance required by the commission.
