As used in ORS 292.014 to 292.036:\n(1) 'Authorized employee deductions' includes all authorized deductions made from the salary and wages of an officer or employee of a state agency.\n(2) 'Salaries and wages' means payments to officers and employees of a state agency for services rendered other than on a fee basis.
