(1) A state agency using the procedure provided by ORS 292.014 to 292.036 shall pay for the expense of the services (including labor), facilities and materials furnished by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services under ORS 292.014 to 292.036.\n(2) All moneys received by the department under the provisions of this section shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services Operating Fund.
