As used in ORS 292.210 to 292.230, unless the context otherwise requires:\n(1) 'State agency' has the same meaning as provided in ORS 291.002.\n(2) 'State officer' means any elected or appointed state officer, including members of boards and commissions. [Amended by 1953 c.623 §3; 1971 c.153 §1]
