There is hereby created the School Facility Improvement Fund, separate and distinct from the General Fund. The fund shall be an investment fund for purposes of ORS 293.701 to 293.857. Moneys in the fund are appropriated continuously for the purpose of carrying out ORS 327.330. Interest earned by the fund shall be credited to the fund. [1993 c.765 §122]
