The board may call a special election upon questions as to the issuance of bonds, the levy of taxes which may not be levied without the affirmative vote of the people and any other questions which may be submitted to the electors of such districts. [1971 c.513 §17; 1973 c.796 §57; 1983 c.350 §208]
