Except to the extent that they are inconsistent with the provisions of ORS 341.604 to 341.618 or rules adopted thereunder, the provisions of ORS 341.675 to 341.715 shall apply to bonds authorized pursuant to ORS 341.604 to 341.618 and to taxes levied to pay such bonds. [1995 c.357 §10]
