A school district employee may not:\n(1) Knowingly sell, market or distribute an anabolic steroid or performance-enhancing substance to a kindergarten through grade 12 student with whom the employee has contact as part of the employee’s school district duties; or\n(2) Knowingly endorse or suggest the ingestion, intranasal application or inhalation of an anabolic steroid or performance-enhancing substance by a kindergarten through grade 12 student with whom the employee has contact as part of the employee’s school district duties.
