As used in ORS 344.720 and 344.730, 'rehabilitation facility' means a nonprofit sheltered or community-based service established and operated by a public or private organization to provide two or more of the following services for individuals with disabilities:\n(1) Vocational assessment.\n(2) Community integration.\n(3) Training.\n(4) Employment.
