As used in ORS 346.110 to 346.270:\n(1) 'Commission' means the Commission for the Blind.\n(2) 'Person who is blind' means a person whose central visual acuity does not exceed 20/200 in the better eye with best correction or whose visual acuity, if better than 20/200, is accompanied by a limit to the field of vision to such a degree that its widest diameter subtends an angle of no greater than 20 degrees.\n(3) 'Person with a visual impairment' includes a person who is blind or has seriously impaired vision or who has a condition that might lead to blindness.
