The vending facility manager of each vending facility operated under ORS 346.510 to 346.570 is subject to the provisions of any policies, rules, laws and ordinances that apply within the territory where the vending facility is located, including any laws and ordinances that require a license or permit for the conduct of any aspect of the operation of the vending facility.
