(1) As used in this section, 'institution of higher education' means:\n(a) A public university listed in ORS 352.002;\n(b) A community college operated under ORS chapter 341; or\n(c) The Oregon Health and Science University.\n(2) An institution of higher education shall allow members and agents of the Armed Forces of the United States to recruit on a public campus and shall set standards for such recruitment that are the same as for all other employment recruitment activities allowed on the campus.
