Public universities listed in ORS 352.002 shall cooperate with the Higher Education Coordinating Commission in the development of a state comprehensive education plan including post-secondary education and in review of the universities’ programs and budget. The public universities shall submit in timely fashion to the commission the data as is appropriate in a form prescribed by the commission. [Formerly 351.203]
