The Oregon Health and Science University may acquire, by condemnation or otherwise, private property that is necessary or convenient in carrying out any power granted to the university. The right to acquire property by condemnation shall be exercised as provided by ORS chapter 35. [1995 c.162 §22; 2003 c.534 §14]
