(1) No student shall be refused admission to the Oregon Health and Science University or be expelled for the sole reason that, because of religious beliefs, the student is unable to attend classes on a particular day.\n(2) Any student in the university who, because of religious beliefs, is unable to attend classes on a particular day shall be excused on that day from any examination, study requirement or work requirement. However, at the student’s own expense the student shall make up the examination, study requirement or work requirement missed because of the absence. [1995 c.162 §30]
