As used in ORS 353.600 to 353.612:\n(1) 'Committee' means the Oregon Nursing Shortage Coalition Committee created in ORS 353.606.\n(2) 'Post-secondary education institution' means:\n(a) A public university listed in ORS 352.002;\n(b) A community college operated under ORS chapter 341;\n(c) A school or division of Oregon Health and Science University; or\n(d) An Oregon-based, generally accredited, not-for-profit private institution of higher education.
