The State Librarian shall:\n(1) Serve as Secretary to the State Library Board and keep the official record of the board’s actions.\n(2) Be the chief administrative officer of the State Library in accordance with policies established by the board.\n(3) Serve on the State Reference Coordinating Council established under ORS 357.900.
