Public libraries, established in accordance with ORS 357.410, school libraries, tribal libraries, as defined in ORS 357.206, or any academic library in Oregon may apply for resource sharing grants on an annual basis. [1993 c.685 §3; 2003 c.582 §3; 2005 c.98 §2]
